Perhaps a similar issue:
When activating the plugin on a multisite installation (WP v5.5.1) I get the following error output:
Uncaught Error: Call to undefined function is_plugin_active_for_network() in wp-content/plugins/cartasi-x-pay/woocommerce-gateway-nexi-xpay.php:192
The issue only occurs when activating or deactivating the plugin. When I comment out the is_plugin_active_for_network function the activation proceeds as normal, however when I go to the plugin settings page I get a notification saying WooCommerce is not installed, while WooCommerce is in fact installed.

Thanks for pointing that out. I’ve searched around and found a setting in .htaccess that prevented requests containing ‘.log’.

I have not disabled anything in that way, however, the plugin does have an option to send an invoice PDF when the transaction is completed. Could it have something to do with this?

I’m pretty sure the default email is sent as I do not have anything else enabled other than the Processing Order email.

Check your javascript console. Perhaps the Jquery live function is causing problems with newer jquery versions.

We had an issues with slow themes from Storefront as wel. It can be fixed by removing the function call add_action('wp_head', 'presstrends'); from the functions.php file.

They are tracking users.

Hi, thanks! I resolved the issue by using a different plugin (magic fields) but I’ll test this as I like Page.ly’s solution better.
