Hi Adam,

I followed the link and went to support but it takes me to a dashboard. Even under support I can’t find a place to initiate a ticket except at the bottom where there is a form. I filled that out before I posted in the forum here and haven’t heard from anyone. This could be because I don’t have a paid WooCommerce account. If that’s the case then I’ll just live without using that part of the service.

I’m not a major reseller so it’s not worth me paying more per month than I sell. Just trying to help out my musician community who lost all of their work this year.

Is there something in the link I’m missing? I’m usually better at figuring out these problems but this one has me baffled.

Hi Adam,

I looked at the Jetpack settings and it matches the email I’m logged in as but has a different username. Is that possible?

To be clear – I look at how I’m logged in and it’s “Bi______” and Jetpack has a different Username “Li________” but both by profile email address and the “Connected as” in Jetpack have the same email address shown.

I’m not sure it’s safe to put my user name or email address in here for you to check. It’s different than how I’m logged in now for this conversation.

Hi Adam,

When I click that link it takes me to the page but it shows three credit cards on the list. And – I’ve added them when WooCommerce said I had none as outlined above. Could it be that I’m logged in as a different name than what you are finding – another login that doesn’t have credit cards? If so – what is the login name? I’ve tried everything I think it could be with no luck.

Or – how do I tell WooCommerce to look at the account where I do see Credit Cards listed (the one that shows up when I am asked to add a credit card)?
