In reply to: [Campaign Monitor for WordPress] Problem with shortcodesHi @erodalex ,
Thanks for following up! As I mentioned, our WordPress plugin only supports one shortcode per page. If you try to include multiple shortcodes on one page, then only the first form will be displayed, and the shortcodes after that will be ignored.
The reason your English form is not displaying is because you’ve placed the French shortcode before that one — so the English shortcode is being ignored. Your website is then hiding the French form, and the result is that no form displays at all on the English version of the page.
To fix this you’ll want to make sure you’ve included only the French shortcode on the French page, and only the English shortcode on the English page.
I hope that this can help clarify, but please let me know if you have any other questions about this!
Hi doubledesign,
Sorry to hear of the trouble with this! It looks like there has been a hiccup during the initial connection process, as a first step, the best option would be to delete the plugin completely, reinstall and attempt to reconnect again.
If you are still seeing issues, would it be possible to create a support case, so we can get your account details and check the logs for your Campaigb Monitor account in detail. You can create a support case here: https://help.campaignmonitor.com/ by clicking Contact Support .
Thank you!

In reply to: [Campaign Monitor for WordPress] Problem with shortcodesHi @erodalex ,
Sorry for the troubles with this! At this time our plugin only supports one form per page. You can add forms to different pages on your WordPress site, but it’s not possible to add multiple forms to the same page, I’m afraid. If you add multiple forms to a single page, only the first form will display.
Taking a look at your website, I can see the form is appearing in the modal on the French page but not on the English page. When I check the source code, I see that two forms (one in French and one in English) are included on both pages.
The French form appears first in the source code, and that’s the one our plugin is able to display — but it seems your website is then hiding that form on the English version of the site.
To resolve this, you’ll need to make sure that you don’t include two forms on the same page; make sure that you’ve only included the shortcode for the French version on the French page, and that you’ve only included the shortcode for the English version on the English page.
I’ve gone ahead and added a vote to our feature request list for the ability to include multiple forms on the same WordPress page. If we’re able to include that in a future release we’ll be sure to let you know!
Thanks for taking the time to reach out, and please let us know if there’s anything else we can help with.

In reply to: [Campaign Monitor for WordPress] Fatal ErrorHi herofarm,
Very sorry for the trouble here! Because of the significant differences between the earlier versions of our plugin, there is a special procedure for upgrading. We have details on this in this guide: https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/forms-for-campaign-monitor/#installation under the heading UPDATING FROM 1.X TO 2.7+ .
If you have already attempted this process and run into problems, the best option now would be to delete the plugin altogether and reinstall. This will mean that any custom forms you have created will be lost unfortunately.
The latest version of our plugin is 2.8.6 and can be downloaded here: https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/forms-for-campaign-monitor/#description .
Thank you for your patience, please let me know if you see any further issues.

I’ve just added your vote for this, to our internal suggestions list.
If it is something that we’re able to introduce, we’ll be sure to let you know.
Appreciate the time taken to reach out!

In reply to: [Campaign Monitor for WordPress] Triggering jQuery deprecation errorsHi @bluesix ,
Thanks for getting back to us and further comments!
We will aim to resolve the issue before WP 5.6 and in the meantime, could you please continue to use the workaround?

In reply to: [Campaign Monitor for WordPress] Triggering jQuery deprecation errorsHi @bluesix ,
Thanks for taking the time to reach out regarding the matter.
Would you be able to either upgrade to WP 5.5.1 or use the plugin “Enable jQuery Migrate Helper” which should help to mitigate the issue?
Please feel free to refer to the following:

Let us know how that goes!
Hi @gaillimh ,
Thanks for clarifying the details.
The option doesn’t currently exist, I’m afraid.

Could we confirm that you are referring to a way which doesn’t add customers who haven’t checked the box?
Thanks

In reply to: [Campaign Monitor for WooCommerce] Disconnect from CMHi murgatroydj,
Sorry to hear you’ve experienced trouble connecting.
To investigate further, we’ll need to collect some account information from you. If you’re still having trouble, could you please log a support case at https://help.campaignmonitor.com/contact so we can review your account logs for errors.
Can you also please confirm if you have our Campaign Monitor for WordPress integration installed on your website also?

Hi BM,
Thank you for your report and sorry for the continued problems here. Our engineers have been working on this and the update was made to attempt to find a stop gap solution. I’m sorry that isn’t working for you.
So that we can continue to investigate, it would be best if we could look at your specific Campaign Monitor account and the logs of requests.
Rather than revealing details of your account here, can you submit a support request at https://help.campaignmonitor.com/ and provide your account details and any error logs from your side. We can then look in detail at the issue.
Thank you for your patience with this.
