Bill, This has been fixed. We only added the badge in v1.5 hence it was not included in any of the prior versions. Checked the developer log and found that SVN had refused to add this image directly so uploaded it manually. Should have caught this earlier but it is fixed now. Let me know if you still face any issues.

Not what we had in mind for your first experience with Campaign Monitor for WordPress plugin. We expect to post a fix for this problem this week.

Thanks for your feedback. This is the first version of our WordPress plugin, and we have been focused on providing flexibility regarding form types, and adapting to the CSS/styling of your blog. We plan to continuously improve the WordPress plugin, and you will see more stuff coming in the future.

Hey Ben, Sorry to hear you are having trouble with the slide out form. Can you share which theme you are using? We tested this with 10+ themes and didn’t encounter this problem. Haven’t heard from other users either so likely it might be related to your theme.
