Desculpe, mas nesse momento n?o será possível implementar essa funcionalidade no plugin, por se tratar de algo específico.
A localiza??o dos bot?es de compartilhamento no footer quando estiver em dispositivos com telas pequenas usando posi??o fixa é uma localiza??o padr?o, nos testes que fiz n?o tive problemas de usabilidade.
Mas isso pode ser feito usando JavaScript e CSS no seu tema para sobrescrever a a??o do plugin.

Essas redes s?o usadas para atualiza??o do relatório de compartilhamentos do plugin, mesmo você n?o usando, algumas pode haver compartilhamentos por link direto.
Vou pensar em uma forma de melhorias de performance nesse caso sim em uma nova vers?o.
