Isso n?o é possível, por que quando você ativa o ícone de share todas as redes sociais ser?o mostradas no lightbox quando for clicado.

Se você n?o marcar o ícone de share só ser?o carregado as redes sociais que você selecionou.

It would be too bad for performance of your site to get the scores twice.

Exemplo:

Via shortcode
