The themes I’ve tried show that they have one in the help files/documentation/theme- or author-website.

I’m actually having the same problem with a brand new WordPress installation and ANY theme. My Dashboard page will not display the Theme Options box at all, so I can’t customize themes or update information.

I have no plugins installed, and I’ve tried reinstalling WordPress, with no luck – the Theme Options box just doesn’t display.

Any thoughts?
