Hi! I am using the free version of virtue and can’t get either my logo or the the home page flex slider to display on my mobile device. I have set the image size settings smaller than my images but it still won’t display. Tried turnign off the “lighter” version and i still don’t see my slider. Can you help?

How can I know which plug in is causing this?

Here’s a screen shot.I installed Virtue on 3 wordpress sites and this same message appears at the top of the dashboard on all 3 sites.

I have WordPress 4.1. The Virtue Theme is 2.3.7 I am only trying to follow the instructions on my dashboard that tell me to do this. Here is the exact message: Your theme needs to be fixed for plugins to work. To fix your theme, use the Theme Editor to insert <?php wp_head(); ?> just before the </head> line of your theme’s header.php file.

The demo site only shows a header. It does not show a featured image.

This is a new installation. I just moved my domain from wordpress.c om but I was using the same theme and had no troubles as long as I sized the image correctly.

I deactivated and de-installed the plugin. Still doesn’t display featured image.

The example you found was an older post before the problem started.

I’m extremely annoyed about this as it has screwed up all my posts and don’t know how to fix it. It seemed to coincide with last wordpress upgrade. Can you please help?

Yup! It was the wordpress upgrade.
