    Hey there,

    Welcome to Kadence Support!

The spacing added to Advanced Text Blocks are default to WordPress Gutenberg. We don’t add or modify this default functionality. To remove this spacing, you should set the Bottom Margin of the Advanced Text Block to None.

You can use the Block Defaults settings to automatically remove the Margin from future Advanced Text Blocks. This will allow you to set the Advanced Text Block Bottom Margin to none. Then, you can save that configuration as your Block Default. So anytime that you add a new Advanced Text Block, the bottom margin will automatically be set to none. Here is a video on how you can set this up for reference: https://share.zight.com/jku0ELgQ

Additionally, we do have a Feature Request on this topic. I suggest voting on it to help it gain popularity, as we often implement popular Feature Requests into our products. You can vote on this request here: https://feedback.kadencewp.com/p/setting-for-heading-tags-039-bottom-spacing

I hope this was helpful to you. Please let us know how we can further help.

    Hey Kratos,

Thanks for the info! I have reported this to our Development team and this will be addressed accordingly. I will go ahead and mark this topic as resolved.

    Hey there!

Thanks for the update. Can you confirm you are trying to edit the Primary Navigation in the proper Customizer Settings? This should be done from the Customizer -> Header -> Primary Navigation settings. Once you click on the Design Tab, you can adjust the Navigation Colors.

If for some reason, changing these colors do not show for you, please try the following
-Try making the Navigation Colors White.
-Publish the page even if the Navigation doesn’t seem to change colors.
-Then, try refreshing the page and see if the Navigation Colors successfully work.
Please let me know your results.

If that doesn’t work for you, you should ensure a 3rd party plugin isn’t causing this. You can check this by deacivating all of your non-Kadence plugins. Then, clear your Cache and see if the issue occurs. If the issue occurs, even with 3rd party plugins deactivated, consider opening a direct Support Ticket with us for further investigation.

I hope this helps. Please let us know if this works for you.

    Hey Kratos,

    Welcome to Kadence Support.

Does this cause anything in your WooCommerce Email Designer plugin to malfunction?

I was able to reproduce this Deprecated warning. I have reported this to our development team to review. Our dev team will work on releasing a fix for this. I don’t have an ETA for when that will occur. However, feel free to reach out to us in a support ticket to stay updated with this bug report. You can reference this thread in the ticket.

    Hey there,

I performed my test using the Checkout Field Editor for the WooCommerce plugin created by ThemeHigh. It is also worth noting that these Custom Checkout Fields I tested were Billing Fields, but they appear above the Shipping/Billing Information. Here is a screenshot for reference: https://share.zight.com/GGue6Q7v.

When using the Kadence Shop Kit Checkout Editor, the Billing and Shipping Fields will appear in the Billing/Shipping boxes respectively.

    I hope this helps.

    Hey there,

Can you confirm that you use the premium?Checkout Field Editor?plugin on the WooCommerce marketplace? I don’t currently have access to this plugin. However, I tried using a free WooCommerce Checkout Field Editor plugin, and things are working on my end. My custom fields are showing inside of the email: https://share.zight.com/YEubQ0n2.

The WooCommerce Email Designer plugin works closely with the default way WooCommerce works with emails. So if a plugin implements custom fields in a unique way, our plugin might not pick them up. If you’d like to explore this issue more and get more out of our support, I suggest opening a support ticket with us directly.

If this plugin offers you the option to add the field as a Shipping or Billing Field, can you see if setting the field as a Shipping/Billing field works for you? Thanks!

    I hope this helps!

    Hey there,

    Welcome to Kadence Support.

It looks this could come from a Customizer Setting. Can you go to your Customizer -> Header and click on the Design Tab. Then, look for the Screen size to switch to mobile header setting. Here is a clip for reference: https://share.zight.com/JruE5D47.

If this setting isn’t the cause. You should ensure that your Mobile Header is set with a Trigger in it and your Mobile Navigation is put inside of the Off Canvas Area. Here is a video for reference: https://share.zight.com/rRuDBjBb.

Additionally, this could come from Caching. I noticed your website is optimized. If the method above doesn’t work, you may have an Optimization Setting interfering with your Header. To test this, try temporarily deactivating your Cache Plugin. Then, clear all of your Caches and see if the issue continues.

If the issue goes away, you should Troubleshoot your Optimization Settings. You can do so by activating your Optimization Plugin again and disable each setting one by one. Each time you disable a setting, clear all of your Caches and check to see if the issue occurs. Once the issue occurs after disabling a specific setting, you may need to exclude one of our files from being optimized.

If you find a Setting causing this from your Optimization/Cache plugin, try excluding the following file from that form of optimization and see if the Mobile Header works for you then.
    navigation.min.js

I hope this was helpful. Please let me know if this works for you.

    Best regards,

    Hey @shakirahmed,

I was able to see the issue you are having. I was redirected to your homepage when clicking on the Author Meta Link in the Related Posts Carousel. Sometimes, this happens when the User Account has the Website URL set to the main URL of the website. (Home)

Can you edit the User in your Dashboard -> Users and ensure the Website URL field is empty? Here is a video where I fixed this using this process for reference: https://share.zight.com/v1uBgl62

If the issue continues, can you also try performing a Permalink Soft Reset? You can do this by going to your Dashboard -> Settings -> Permalinks and pressing the Save Changes button. You don’t have to modify anything to perform the soft reset.

I hope this information was helpful to you. Please let us know if this works for you or if we can further help.

    Hey there,

When having multiple boxes that may vary in content sizes, the boxes may be larger or smaller based on the amount of content that is inside of them. When using the info box, you can set a minimal height. This can help force smaller Info Boxes to take up the same size as larger ones.

To do this, you can select your largest Info Box Block with the most text.
Go to the Block Settings -> Style Tab and expand the Text Settings.
You can adjust the min-height until you see your Info Box increase in size.
Once it increases in size, you can use the value as the Min-Height.
Then, you can apply the same Min-Height to your other Info Boxes.

Based on the Info Boxes on your website, you can try setting all of your Info Box Texts to use a Min Height of 110px. This should allow them all to be the same height. Here is a video of this process for reference: https://share.zight.com/Z4u21P6Q.

I hope this information was helpful. Please let us know how we can further help.

    Hey Ryan,

I viewed the page you mentioned, but the page didn’t load with the space issue shown in your screenshot for me.

Which web browser and device do you experience this in? Can you try clearing your Website and Browser Cache?

Can you also go over all of the steps in this Troubleshooting Article? Thanks!

Please let me know if any of these steps resolve the issue on your website.
