In the free version, you have to uncheck and the check the checkbox. In the pro version, plugin automatically calculates the new sale price based on new regular price and categories. It will not consider tag discount or attribute discount while updating via edit product page.

However, in this case, if you need to change sale price manually, then you have to first exclude the product from our plugin discount under Woocommerce >> Settings >> Products >> Category Discount (Only a pro version feature)

Sorry for the trouble. Actually because of this child quantities being configurable (https://snipboard.io/hnLFXb.jpg) Its not possible to show out of stock directly as it depends upon child product’s quantity selected by customer.

Thank you for your answer. I need to change the admin email to another email where request for quote email goes. How can I do that?

Also, where do I see the submitted quotes in admin? I don’t see a way to do so.

I understand. But we do not have any such incompatibility issue with default wordpress, woocommerce and our latest plugin. You can disable all plugins except ours and switch to storefront theme.

See if it resolves the issue. Then you can turn on step by step.

@tanielstrydom Thank you for reaching out. It seems to be a conflict with some plugin or may be some customization to your theme. You can do a plugin/theme conflict test and check if that resolves.

You can use the above hook – but if its giving some error, its better you check what is the error. Also, you can hook the function “fodw_apply_discount” to any hook in the theme/site.
