To clarify, our 2FA plugin deactivation feedback form includes a “Send plugin configuration” option, which is specifically meant to request user consent before fetching any details.
We only use the provided email address to reach out users who might be facing issues or require further assistance to setup our two factor authentication plugin.

Could you please share the exact error message that you are facing at the time of login using our 2FA plugin? This will help us to understand the issue better and assist you accordingly.
You can login using the Backup Codes also, if your conventional 2FA method is not working.
