Yes, we are 100% committed to accessibility in all Gutena products. This should be released by mid-December.
Hi @ckidwell200,
Hope you are doing good.
Thank you very much for reporting your issue.
And I am so sorry you have to face this issue. I would do my best to figure this out and provide you a resolution as soon as possible.
We have tried to replicate your issue on our staging website with a WordPress default theme, but we are unable to replicate it, as it is working properly. The quiz questions and answers are showing up properly on the Results page.
The following is a working example. https://pm-qsm-testing.instawp.xyz/qsm_quiz/random-qa-second/%5D
Since we are unable to replicate your issue, we request you to please follow the below-mentioned steps and let us know:
1. First of all, please make sure that you are using version 8.0.4 of QSM on your website. If you are using an older version of QSM, please update the plugin to the latest version.
2. It could also be an issue with your theme or plugin. Please check whether it is a conflict with your theme or plugin by using the steps in the following documentation.
https://quizandsurveymaster.com/how-to-identify-theme-plugin-conflict-with-qsm
If the above-mentioned steps do not work, then we need you to please share the following information for further troubleshooting:
1. A screencast(recorded video) of the issue showing the whole quiz being taken by you and the final Results page.
2. And the debug and error log of your website for further troubleshooting.
I assure you me and my team will make every effort to help you.
Looking forward to your reply.

In reply to: [Gutena] FSE doesn’t show my home pageCan you paste the URL of your site here? (if it is publicly available and you are ok to share it).
We have recently made a change where it will allow you to set the Home Page via General -> Reading -> Home page, so I guess that is working.
The only issue you are facing is the image not being visible right?

In reply to: [Gutena] Importing Demo SiteHi Nancy,
To import the demo, create a new Page in admin panel, inside the block editor, open Patterns and choose “Gutena Pages” category.
You should see all the pages we have created as part of the “Business” template. Clicking on any of the page will import it to the current page.
We will soon be releasing a faster way of importing the whole demo, this will be via a companion plugin – “Gutena Kit” which will contain a 1-click demo import functionality. We are hoping to release it by mid-March.
Thanks for your interest in our theme!
VikasHi Michael,
Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We respect your analysis and would like to share the steps we are actively taking on our side to address these issues and improve the stability of plugin.
In the last couple of releases, we have refactored some key logic and as a result of which some of our users had to face issues with their quizzes. We do several rounds of testing both manual and automated before releasing any code to production. However, sometimes certain bugs manage to escape our testing procedures and end up in production on some specific environments. To mitigate this, we have expanded our test environments and continue to do so in order to cover as many scenarios as possible.
We are also upgrading our database architecture and improving the database normalization while reducing the serialized data that currently exists. One of the key features of QSM 8 will be an upgraded and database architecture that is in accordance with normalization rules.
We are also refactoring the big functions and breaking them down to smaller independent modules that are reusable and flexible for future enhancements.
We understand and acknowledge the issues that were faced by several users of last couple of releases and are trying hard to learn from these incidents and be more cautious while still pursuing our goal to deliver a stable and more powerful plugin in the near future.
Once again thank you for sharing your feedback. If you have any more suggestions for us, please let us know.

In reply to: [Gutena] No SidebarsThanks for raising this issue, here is a detailed post that might help you https://gutena.io/create-sidebar-with-block-theme
Resolving this now.
This is sovled in the latest verson.
I understand your frustration, sorry about the experience you are having. We recently did a major re-factor of the code to comply with recommended WordPress standards. As a part this exercise we had to remove 3.x code & UI from the latest version of plugin.
Just to re-imphasis – We have not removed ANY free features and put them behind a paywall, this confusion is arising from the fact that you are now seeing the new v4.x UI (which was infact released almost a year ago).
All your existing functionalities & features are still intact, however you may need to explore the UI to find the relevant option as we have moved things around to make the plugin modern & easy to use. Still, if you find any feature was free but now its removed or has been moved to paid plugin, let me know I will check with the team and revert back quickly.
Please update to the latest version if you see any issues.

In reply to: [Responsive Menu - Create Mobile-Friendly Menu] Screwed Everyone OverI am sorry to hear about your experience. We had to change the last update due to several issues identified by WP team.
We had to force everyone to move to v4 due to which you may be seeing the issues. We are happy to provide support and make sure you have desired output.
