I was able to resolve this by disabling JS minification on the site

This is also affecting my websites and I have had to revert

Here is another screeshot with all settings including timer (40 seconds): https://imgur.com/NPWSYjx

The conditional filter does not work and the pop-up still displays.

PS. I will also happily update my review.

    Hi David

Thanks for the reply. Perhaps I am the exception to the rule, but your plugin:

    – Has terrible support channels. Considering how clunky and impossible the support forum and knowledgebase it is to use, I would not be caught dead paying for extra support from your company, especially after paying $95 for a years license. I guess that is not enough for ‘premium’ support.

    – Does not have any way of managing licenses from within the web interface. How exactly was I supposed to know that I had hit my license limit, I might ask? And no I don’t want to install your UpdraftCentral plugin or waste my time setting up sites manually from within my account just to see my licenses. It’s like the paid version of your plugin is built to make your users life difficult. On top of this, is it normal to get an ‘Unexpected response’ when trying to REMOVE a site license like I did, after realizing that perhaps I had hit my license limit?

    – Failed to both create a backup on the source site AND authenticate on the target WordPress install in the incident reported today. You forgot to mention the actual error that I reported, conveniently. So I guess the fact that I encountered an error with your authentication server and mailed about it three times in three hours because it was an urgent request is my fault then? And yes, whether you would like to believe it or not, many premium plugins pride themselves on offering support to paying customers within 30 minutes to an hour WITHOUT having to pay EXTRA for ‘premium support’. In this case the server was a nightmare and almost all plugins failed to create backups, so the your plugin not being able to create a backup is more understandable, but the combination of not showing our licenses anywhere in our account AND then getting another Unexpected response error / glitch instead of a notification that I had simply reached my license limit points to a less than stable setup from my experience.

I’m sorry David. You have an AMAZING free plugin, and it works wonders. But your web interface for paid users and your support channels as they stand are a joke. If you fix them, I will happily come back as a paying customer.

It’s not really a proper solution and there are still enough prices missing for the site I’m working on for it to be a huge issue. Hopefully this helps a bit though – at least they’re not missing for almost all products.

Don’t really have time to wait for a fix so gonna need to find a more permanent workaround ASAP.

I figured out the reason this seems to be happening is that when running ‘merge’ via variations, the CSV Import Suite creates duplicate variations.

For me removing the duplicate variations on products and then reimporting all variations got rid of most of the missing prices (though there are still some products that have this error even after doing this with issues). You can do so with the WooCommerce Advanced Bulk Edit plugin which you should be able to find in the plugin repo. Just search all in stock products and then select variations only. Delete all variations, then reimport your CSV.

On another note, I know this is unrelated but for the CSV Import Suite when merging variations, it creates duplicates of old variations even if they have the same SKU. I am having to go in now and find a way to manually clear out variations as I just realised some products have 4-5 sets of the same variations.

    Hello

I am having a similiar issue on a site using the WooCommerce CSV Import Suite. When running the importer the variable prices all disappear until I manually go in and update the product – the data and all variable prices are stored correctly in the backend, but when running the importer it seems to reset something and the prices all disappear. It’s only after manually updating the product that the variable prices register on the frontend.

I wasn’t having this issue until the last couple of WooCommerce updates.

Tried testing for plugin conflicts etc etc no luck.

Sometimes, seemingly completely randomly, the prices do work after import, and sometimes they don’t unless I go in and manually update the product.

The prices seem to display fine on the single product, it’s just the variable price label (eg’ from XX – XX) which doesn’t work.

A developer has having a look today but something smells fishy.
