Otherwise, would it be possible to use a staging site and restore the files there? In that case, is there any way to copy just the blog posts over easily?

Hi, I’m referring to a specific host.
We are moving from one hosting company to another, so the site is now on a shared linux hosting server and will be moved to shared windows hosting.

I’m also getting warning messages that I don’t have enough visitors, I find this strange since I have another newly started site that has fewer visitors but there I don’t get these warnings.

Thank you for your reply, I solved the issue already by doing a manual update from the backup I had on the server instead of the download on my computer. Didn’t get any error message when I extracted the archives directly in c-panel’s file manager, had to do one by one so it took some time but now everything looks ok. Not sure if this was the right way to do it but it seems to have worked.
The error might have been caused by the images with names in Japanese, maybe my computer doesn’t process them the same way as the server?

I set the archive size to 25mb now and hope that it works better in the future.
I quite often get over 20 resumptions before the backup is finished, is this normal?

Is there anybody who understands what the problem is?

No, I reduced the split size to 50MB but still not working.
