First I have added ticket to Twilio support and they said that we will have to discuss with plugin support.
Is Twilio provide us some valid test number using that we can test the plugin set-up, so we can check number is invalid or some issue with plugin set-up and something else.

and I have not done any changes in plugin for OTP or others, just follow plugin set-up instruction.

I am using paid account and when I tried to send a test message ( on test tab), there I am getting this issue.
Have we any test number using this we can check
