Do I check that in appearance > editor ? If so, I can’t see neither of them. Only blog.php and index.php

I am totally new to wordpress, so there might be a lot that i don’t quite understand.

I have contacted them, but is still waiting for answer. And yes I have seen and it all, and I have tried to follow the steps, but still doesn’t work.
