Yes it is still there on my website. Yes, I looked for #grve-header and uploaded the thing above, where it is running. It takes a bit of time sometimes.

In Chrome, on PC, I reduced screen size to mobile and it was there.

Should I be looking for offending plugin using “ultimate_bg.min.js?ver=3.19.20:1:29295)” ?

Else what alternative you suggest?

Yesterday, I attempted another backup. I was surprised to see your plugin showed entire backup above 4 Gb, whereas my server showed entire disk usage of 1.6Gb and 250Mb of Databases, unzipped. I don’t know how your plugin calculates the total. (Previously when I backed up, it came within 690 Mb Zip, and I added just 12 videos of 40-50 mb each, and some text. How much it would add up to, is easy guess)

There is some serious problem in your plugin. I love it and keep coming back, only to fail.

Can you please explain this sentence:

E.g. if the CDN address is https://cdn.ext.com and the file’s URL is https://mysite.com/uploads/picture1.jpg, then the final URL will be https://cdn.ext.com/uploads/picture1.jpg

In my case what I should use? the same, ext.com, or cdn.samhitawellness.in?

I successfully completed a backup.

Other plugin fellas asked for some additional settings, which I applied (sadly, you have no inkling about) and it took around 20 minutes for a full backup of around 630 Mb.

I wonder even after showing 100% done, it still took more than 10 minutes and with around 200 Mb pending.

I urge you to seriously look into server and wordpress settings. Else you will lose potential customers

After initial successes, I thought the backup should be smooth as a whistle.

I just want to ask, why not specify these values upfront, instead of asking in the support forum? Not all users are admins of all systems, wordpress, linux, apache … how do we know which all of the values should be changed? This should be a sticky post, just when the plugin screen opens up.

All these measures are like fetching water after house on fire. Backups are essential and the instructions should be clear.

We know, we are using a free plugin, so do not want to disturb the Support unnecessarily.

When, after trying much I could not get it done, went to another plugin.

My PC (localhost) has identical website, it backed up in no time (using same plugin). I wonder what happens on live website?

I tried everything.

Even I created a fresh site on a subdomain, without any plugins, yet the media files were neither seen by wordpress not allowing to import. I even tried using earlier version 5.4 for it.

Currently the site is running and most files are loaded from CDN. I am keeping this open to report if any thing crops up. Thanks for your support.

I find that only the least Preset settings work, the one with Domain Key, all three render the site almost unusable.

I deleted the cdn.samhitawellness.in and created afresh, this time sharing the same root path. Now what to do? Now it shows the font in your link

is there something to fallback on? or Restart the process?

I have changed the document root path to main domain. Now what should I do to make the plugin re-start the process?

I am using cPanel. Document root path is samhitawellness.in, sub-domain has its own path (not shared with root domain). Do you want me to assign the same path to the cdn as well?

In the View Source, I did not find the “CDN” anywhere. Kindly tell me, how to erase the incorrect URL I used and put the correct one. Thanks

The first link shows 404 Not Found whereas the without cdn shows the font. It means CDN is not working. Kindly tell me, how to delete the incorrect URL I used and use one with https://cdn.samhitawellness.in
