When more than one row is created, the second row appears outside the container.

I had the same issue – to fix this in the form editor hit on html button and cut the code of the newly created row and paste it within the collapsible container.

Thank you for writing to me the instruction to fix it.

Currently WordPress Fastest cache plugin is deactivated.

The problem is with image spinning.

I added the CSS code in the advanced tab of that wheel image under Custom CSS – Royal addons

Not sure why this created the issue.

As of now I removed the code and added it via Custom CSS & JS plugin.

it works now!

If there should be an alternate or better way to handle it please let me know.

initially i tried to import with debug turned off.

To get more info about the issue turned it on.

Not able to import even when wp_debug is off

Turned on Debug to True

Thank you for providing the information.

From your statement I was able to identify the cause for this issue.

WordPress address URL and Site URL was starting with http instead of https.

After changing this http to https it worked fine.

I think I was not clear is describing the problem.

The site has SSL (Let’s encrypt) installed and it is secured. And in the domain all the connections to the site is forced to use https

The insecure notification in the browser shows up only in the page self-hosted video added. Remaining all the other pages are shown as secure with lock symbol in green.

If the self hosted video is removed and refreshed the insecure notification goes away and it shows as secure.

in the above link one self hosted video is added and for that page alone insecure notification would show up in browser.
Below is the information seen when insecure notification is clicked and expanded
