    Hi Mike,

    That was true, I added your demo link (which worked) just to see where the problem lay. Now I cleared everything and added the shortcode in the html part, and it works again!

    Don’t know why since I tried that before as well, but nevermind.

    Actually I did get it working in the meantime!
    The solution is quite simple: in combination with the setting that multiple records with the same e-mail is possible, instead of using the e-mailaddress as the identifier to resend the private link, it can easily be another field. E.g. their social security number or just a (required) field that they choose themselves.
    Of course, in the latter, you have the (limited in my case with only 250 members) possibility that they choose the same identifier. It’s tricky to choose that same field as records can be overwritten with an import.
    With a social security number you know for a fact it is going to be unique.
