Hey, Apologies for delay in response! We are actively working on this issue. Expect a response sometimes next week.
This indicates that your ‘Product View’ events are being correctly attributed to Catalog items, whereas other events are not maybe they are not being sent. It will work fine once we start getting their events.
Regarding the original issue, have the Purchase events started getting correctly attributed to your Ads now? Did disabling the Pixel Cat Lite plugin resolve the problem?

Hi, I’ve enabled Event Matching for your Catalog. You can expect to see events start getting matched within the next 48 hours.
I noticed that there are only 60 products in your catalog. To improve the event match rate, please ensure that you share all of your WooCommerce products.
From the snapshots, I can see that you’ve explored the Events tab in Commerce Manager. You can click the ‘View In Events Manager’ button to better diagnose the events we’re receiving.
I don’t think the issue you’re facing is due to any version compatibility issues.
Could you please share a snapshot showing that 10-15 purchases have occurred? I’ll escalate this internally to the right support queue.
