I just checked the https://validator.w3.org/ and the pages I’ve been working on only have 1 or 2 errors, not 900. You must have been looking at some other page and not mine.

The only serious problem I thought I had was trying to adding an image but couldn’t click the cursor where I thought I could. I’ve done other WordPress site before and never had these problems. maybe my friend who is also learning how to use WordPress has made some of them. I just want to correct the problem.

I thought that WordPress didn’t have these problems like I used to have when I did webpages in html.

How do you validate php? Where are all the pages to check and see these errors?

How could get these errors? I don’t remember anyone telling me that before. How do I correct these errors?

I read through the primer and I still can’t figure out how to code it to link each gallery image to a URL.

Does anyone else know how this is done?

Thanks for the primer but its over my head to what it all means. Through all the code on image.php I don’t see the term echo in the file.

is there a way to link each image in the gallery to individual URLs?

OK, but how does it work with menus? Are there instructions? All my searches find plugins but not the menu widget. Its rather confusing.

On the Menu page it says:
“Your theme supports 1 menu. Select which menu you would like to use.”

What do they mean by that? I want to add links to the page links on the nav bar. That’s all.

How would I add drop downs to the navigation bar? Is there a simple instructions?

Now that I tried the menus, they didn’t do what I wanted and I deleted it and now my home page doesn’t show the images on them. I was able to bring them back by going back to the static page area and resaved which doesn’t make any sense since I never deleted the images.

I just want the main menu bar to have drop downs. That’s all.

Thank you, I’ll read your article. I see that an untitled page for the static page works. But what about making the header page links drop downs to add more page links?

just read up on archives, and it only shows past Posts, not new content that is added to pages. Now I know.

I just want to know how to get archives to all show up. Otherwise what is the point on having archives listed at all?

I decided to use another plugin with a username and password that I assign. Friends Only needs to be upgraded before I use it again.

or if I still want to use tha Ajax calendar, how do I place it into my events page?
