Sorry finally i find the solution. i create two
add_theme_support(); in functions.php and custom post type file. if i hide the code in custom post type it works fine.

And also i add the following code while creating custom post type.

‘supports’ => array( ‘title’, ‘editor’, ‘thumbnail’, ‘revisions’ ),

I think maybe this is a file permissions issue, Go to your Hosting Cpanel, give full read and write. And Also increase max upload size, in php ini file. it may work

i am using my custom theme, there is any function to resolve the the issue. i have lot’s of post in the same name , if i click the particular post, the post page only show the particular post contents, now it’s showing the more post in the same name.
