@vmarko yes, I was using the debug for the three settings while I was setting up the options and left it afterwards. Now that the debug mode is off, I guess it won’t grow so fast anymore and I guess I can delete them from time to time to keep them from taking too much space.

Ok so when I update WordPress, I follow the WordPress guidance for Manual updates and it says: 3.Deactivate plugins
And I guess that’s why I lose contacts. Could it be more user friendly to clear the table only when the plugin get uninstalled?

My question would be more why does my content get deleted when WordPress or other plugins get updated?

Hi,

Did you try to delete and reintall this plugin? Maybe you have a compability issue with another plugin so we can also try and see if by deactivating plugibns one by one, the issue disappears.

If not, there are alternatives to this plyugin for duplications…

For those it may help,
the guy from the server company said that something went wrong in backup plugin, it take database and lock out it totally (I think there was somekind of loop). So I have to kill all database processes and start up them again.

Honestly people stay away from Updraft Plus.

it used to but our developer took that down. Though we have some fallback when doing the search. When we type a name, it finds it but then the result disappears and it looks like it’s searching again and we can see the letters color.

Also when we make another search by just deleting and retyping something else, it’s not handled properly and often won’t find anything.

What do you think about that?
