In reply to: [Broken Link Checker] Link check gets stuckHi @imc67,
Apologies for the confusion there.
Just a note, all of the reports (including this one) are tasked internally and tracked by the devs from there, actions taken on the forum tickets don’t affect them in any way so your ticket being closed didn’t actually made any changes to internal task itself.
Cheers,

In reply to: [Broken Link Checker] Exclusion list not workingHi @specialk, apologies for the confusion there.
Just a note, all our bug reports are tracked internally and status of the WP.org threads doesn’t affect them in any way, so closing the ticket didn’t change anything about the internal report ??

PredragHi @dav1d96r,
Can you please provide us with a bit more info on how your setup is supposed to look and what issues are you exactly experiencing, with steps to replicate.
As Pawel mentioned we don’t see any forms on the homepage of your site, is the form supposed to be rendered there or on some other page?
If it’s supposed to show on homepage can you share a screenshot of where exactly the form is supposed to be shown, or if we need to follow some steps to see it.Did you update anything on your site around the time the issues started?
If you press F12 on page before you submit the form does it show any console errors?
Can you please perform a full conflict test so we can see if there’s anything on your site conflicting with the form?
You can do this by disabling all plugins except Forminator and switch to default WP theme.
Try to submit the form again and if it works reactivate the plugins one by one until the issue is back.
This will tell us where the conflict is coming from so we can investigate it further.I suggest doing this test on a staging site, or of you don’t have one make sure you have a backup of your live site before doing the test.

PredragHi @angelamd59,
I had a closer look at your form and the behavior that you’re experiencing actually looks intended, let me elaborate that further below.
You have your emails set to send only non empty fields, however, your fields are not actually empty, you have default value set to 0 (zero) so the field does still a value entered when the form is submitted.
I then did a test by removing the default value and using the 0 as placeholder instead and that worked in the way you’re looking for. Since the fields were now empty they weren’t included in the email.
You can check this GIF for better explanation of what I’m referring to:So setting your fields like this should do the trick.
Hope this helps.
Cheers,
PredragHi @dwegowy,
While we had this issue in the past I tested the latest version and couldn’t replicate the problem anymore.
Can you tell me if you’re using latest release (1.15.2) or it was happening with some older release?
If you can still replicate this issue with the latest version we would like to investigate this further on our end.
In order to do this, could you go to Forminator > Forms and click on Gear icon next to your form to export it.
Upload the export file to any file sharing service like GDrive or Dropbox and share the download link here.Cheers,

In reply to: [Hustle - Email Marketing, Lead Generation, Optins, Popups] Affecting SEOHi @reginaho,
Hustle shouldn’t have such impact on SEO and we didn’t have any similar reports in the past.
It seems that you had that issue for some time, based on the chart, do you know if you did any updates around that time for the plugin that’s handling SEO for you?
Do you know what caused the chart to go up again?

PredragHi @benmuminov,
Smush plugin is used for optimization of images and thumbnails created by your theme and plugins, it’s not creating any new thumbnails or setting them on the frontend, that is something handled either by your theme or the e-commerce plugin that you are using.
This depends on which thumbnail sizes are registered by your theme/e-commerce plugin and which size is being called on frontend so it’s something that you will need to discuss with your theme/plugin developers.

PredragHi @jchambo,
Forminator is our plugin that gets by far the most feature requests, we’re noting all of those that come in, both from free and pro users, and track number of requests which is one of the parameters for setting the priority of a feature request.
Unfortunately MailerLite integration still didn’t made the cut, but we do still have it on our list of future improvements.Cheers,
PredragHi @abitofmind,
I’m not sure if I’m missing something from the trac explanation but I couldn’t replicate the behavior that you were referring there.
I’ve created Page1, linked it in Page2, and then changed the slug of Page1.
After visiting the Page1 link in Page2 it redirected me from old slug to new one and the page loaded.Due to this BLC also didn’t read it as a broken link since the redirect worked and loaded working page.
As for the BLC functionality available, BLC can indeed bulk check for broken links and notify admin and/or author about the new broken links via Email.
There’s no option to update the links to working ones but there are options to apply custom look to broken links via CSS (add strikethrough for example) and stop search engines from following them.
Hope this helps.

PredragHi @jmtheman,
From what I understand that issue happens for you after you enter your login details, you sometimes get redirected to WP admin and sometimes to “This feature is disabled” message, is that correct?
I’m asking this because the thread you linked was about accessing masked URL was showing 404 right away so it doesn’t seem to be related to your issue.
Can you try testing this in different browsers and see if you can replicate the issue on those as well? It could be something related to your current browser caching if the issue doesn’t happen on others.

PredragHi @marajo2021,
If you edit your form and go to Email Notifications tab you can edit the emails and switch to Advanced tab to configure reply-to emails.
You can either enter direct email if you want a specific email to be replied to by your users.
Or if you’re changing Admin email you can use the + sign and add the user email field there so you will be replying to that submitted email yourself.Check below screenshot for more insight on what I’m referring to:

PredragHi @karlrose2000,
There’s no option yet in Forminator to center the button but it can easily be done with some CSS.
All you need to do is edit your form in question, navigate to Appearance tab and at the bottom of that page enable Custom CSS.
In the field paste this CSS code and that should do the trick:.forminator-row-last .forminator-field { text-align: center; }
When you add the code make sure to clear any caching on your end to ensure that you’re seeing the change.

PredragHi @rmathew123,
Those google fonts are most likely added by your theme and from what I see you are using quite outdated version of it since their themeforest page says that latest release is 6.2.4 while your site shows 4.10.2.
I would suggest that you start by updating your theme and any other other plugins that you might have as latest versions might be more performance friendly out of the box.Updating your theme should also give you access to latest version of your page builder plugin which seems to be responsible for other font reports so my suggestion is to start by having everything running on updated software.
Cheers,
PredragHi @rmathew123,
I’ve performed a new speed test for your site and I no longer see any reports for “Preload key requests”, did you manage to resolve this in the meantime?
Cheers,
PredragHi @shonnathewhite,
I tried testing your site on multiple browsers (Chrome, Edge, IE, Opera, Firefox, Brave) but I couldn’t replicate this issue in any of them I’m afraid, I tried multiple loads in each of them but no luck.
Can you tell us which screen size do you use so we can see if it could be specific to that?
Cheers,
Predrag
