Yes you are right. The plugin was turned off, as I tested other solutions.
My problem is that the WordPress core adds srcset only to images that have a wp-image-{ID_image} class. I ignored this many times when I added images using the HTML editor.
Here the first image is adaptive, and the rest is not.
Now I see that the plugin does not work with any images.

I activated the plugin now. Please check the site now.

I noticed a regularity: if the images were added using a visual editor, the plugin works well. If I added them via html, the images are displayed full-size. Can the images have a certain class for the plugin work correctly?

I also installed the plugin successfully. But images are not cached (Cache folder is empty) and displayed in full size.
I tried to include CDN support. Images are displayed with the required resolution parameter, but they are not compressed.
