thans @cocreation all problem were fixed now

one of them doing this:

setting up Maximum script execution time up to 25 seconds

and the second problem was fixed by unchecking the XML Export feature in the job list

hi @cocreation sorry for my delay i now have internet again, i run another test. i have 2 warnings i will sent the log file to the adress you have provided. thanks for your help. have a great weekend

Right know I lost my Internet connection. Once I solve that problem with my Internet provider I will run the backup and sent you the debug log.

let see my Maximum script execution time WAS 120 seconds. i set it up to 25 and ran a new backup to see the log.

i think one of the problems were fix. thanks

Hi @cocreation I am still experiencing this issue. I contacted my hosting provider and they updated all the mysql system but nothing the problem persist. I will run a new backup today and show you what I get as error.

I Hope you can help me with this problem.

i took a fast look and they haven’t give any support in the last 3 months maybe more (i stop looking at 3 months) also the plugging hasn’t been updated in over a year… maybe is time to look for a similar plugging updated with support :S

I tried with the twenty fourteen theme (that’s the only one i have besides my own theme) and the problem remains.

I deactivated all plugins except the calendar plugin and the problem persists.

I tried in another computer and the problem persist
