    I do not have a Step 2 button – only “Migrate Events” or “Custom Export File” as options.

    I’ve added filtering options, but when I click the “Custom Export File” option/button, I don’t have any box on the left to drag & drop the long list of option bars on the right (like your tutorial video). If I try to go back, all my filters are gone.

    I’m pretty confused.

    I’m attempting to export data from Events (Event Espresso plugin) and from ACF that are attached to the Events.

  • I’m having a similar problem. I’m trying to export Posts, and when clicking “Customize Export File” the page is partially loading, not giving me the option to select fields or continue to the next step.

    In the browser console I see this error:

    Uncaught SyntaxError: Unexpected token in app.js:310

    I deactivated all other plugins, changed theme to Twenty Fifteen, still have the issue.

    Using the current version of the plugin on WordPress 4.7.2.

    Well – I just loaded the plugin on our dev instance of the site and it works fine. Very strange – they are supposed to be the same so now I have to figure out what is different. Any ideas what I might start to look at first?

    Will do. Also, I don’t have this issue on other sites, just this one for some reason.

    It could be a caching issue. Do you have CloudFlare enabled on the live site? If so, try clearing the cache to see if it fixes this.

    Yes, We do have CloudFlare. I have cleared the cache several times but to no avail. I’ve tried several times – and in a private window… not sure what else to try.

    Im also experiencing this issue. I have sent an email to support this morning but thought to post here as well.

    At the moment i cant customise my export. Missing the box on the left to drag elements in like others have mentioned.

    Tried clearing cache as suggested but didnt make any difference.

    I’ve now tried clearing all cache’s including the ones at Siteground, our host. Still no luck. Is there another plugin that does what this one does? I’m desperate.

    Please install the latest beta at https://downloads.www.ads-software.com/plugin/wp-all-export.zip (this contains a fix for the CloudFlare issue), clear your cache, and try this again.
