OK, so I will go ahead and deactivate the JSON plugin and try to re-update the WPSSO core plugin tonight. I’ll let you know if I am still having the fatal error.

I have just found the notifications, these are the only ones that I see:

Oh okay, sorry just to make sure I’m understanding: The new WPSSO core version you will release has the fix for the JSON and I no longer will need the WPSSO JSON plugin(free version). am I understanding this correctly?

The v5.2.1 version of WPSSO JSON is not reflected on my auto-updates to WordPress, where can I manually upload the new version? The link you sent is stating “This plugin has been closed as of December 21, 2021 and is not available for download. This closure is permanent.”

I will keep a look out for the new WPSSO Core update.

I have the WPSSO Schema JSON-LD Markup 4.17.3 which from what I understand is the most up-to-date version. Is this what you are referring to?

Also, will you release another update, or may I manually download the same one and it will have the fix?

Thank you SO MUCH! The site is hosted at WP Engine and because there is no php.ini file by default I decided to add the rules to the .htaccess file and it works now! Just for reference if someone else needs it, here are the lines I added to the very bottom of my .htaccess file

php_value max_input_vars 5000
php_value post_max_size 260M
php_value max_input_time 60
php_value memory_limit 280M
php_value max_input_nesting_level 256
php_value upload_max_filesize 256M
php_value max_file_uploads 100

Jan, I apologize for requesting something that could get an author in trouble – it is the most common way that developers & development companies we have ever asked for support with are able to help. I did complete the basic troubleshooting, as I detailed in my post, and explained how the problem occurred. I will await response from the author to proceed.

Got the column & data added to the Attendee List page, but cannot get it to export in the CSV file. File export contains the added column header but not the data (which IS appearing on the backend attendee list page). Thanks!
