That bug was there since a long time. I experienced that with some devices nothing was created even if the user saw a positive message. You can’t use this plugin when it is not 100% accurate. Very happy that it is solved. But I’m wondering how many people payed for this plugin and stopped using it because it was not working properly???

I was getting loads of these kind of errors:

SOLVED BY SUPPORT TEAM

And a day later, it isn’t working anymore.
What can I do to fix this? Am I the only one who is having these problems?
