In reply to: My wp site redirects to wrong addressHi @disillusia,
I have checked the website in question and also the wp-login.php page and they both load fine for me.
I can see that the website is loading at the following IP address: 183.111.199.209.
Could you please check your DNS records and check if the point to the proper IP address of 183.111.199.209?
Also, what you could do is to clear your DNS local cache by opening “terminal” and typing ipconfig /flushdns
Or on MacOS open “terminal” and type sudo killall -HUP mDNSResponder
After this you could try to visit your website and check if you are able to see the login page.
Kind regards,

Hi @trisager,
This should have been a silent update and like my colleague said before Worker will update itself after some period of time and the reason why you saw him in WP-admin area is that we forgot to hide it since this should have been a silent update.
However, this shouldn’t happen in future and there is nothing to worry about.

In reply to: Solution or Theme for not e-commerce website displaying ProductsHi @djemen,
It would be the best if you could use WooCommerce and then disable the price preview and puchase/cart options.
This way you would have a product listed in categories with all information photos and description.
I think that these links should help.

In reply to: Cant access wp-adminHi paleman0101,
Since this is the case you should access your FTP server and rename the plugins folder to plugins.old.
By doing this you will disable all active plugins and you should be able to access your WP-admin area.
After that, you could enable plugins one by one and see which one is causing this conflict.

In reply to: URL special character issueHi manoj611,
Since this is the case you should rename this links without the special character and then they should be visible.
After that you should recreate the permalinks by navigating to the Settings>>General>>Save.
Hopefully, this will resolve the issue.

Hi BothHands,
Regarding your Q1 it is the correct way of a blog post title and I suggest that you should add the more details to your title so if you are using the:
Are you happy with your current provider? – You could add more details like name of the provider and provider of what.
Also, you should use some SEO plugin that will check if this is a good title for attracting visitors and for post visibility.
I recommend the Yoast SEO plugin.
Regarding your second question, I think that you should see if this type of the title has good SEO visibility and make a decision it is completely up to you and your personal likes.

In reply to: PDF’s not working?Hi Nattruck,
It seems that there is either some caching issue or that the permalinks need to be recreated.
If there are any plugins present on the installation you could disable them to see if the PDF will show up.
Also, in order to recreate/update the permalinks you should navigate to Settings>>General>>Save.
You could also check if the PDF file has the correct file permissions set to 644 in case that this is not the permission please change it to all of your files to 644 and 755 for folders.
Hope I’ve helped a bit.

In reply to: PHP file missing? Is this fixable?Hi Lori,
This could be easily fixed if you upload the files in question to your FTP server.
But due to the theme active and some functions that are being used by either theme or plugins inside the functions.php file it is the best to upload a complete wordpress.zip to your FTP server and extract it.
Then you should edit your WP-config.php file to with a proper Database credentials so that the connection with the Database is established.
Also, the guide that the Steve linked could be used as well.
