I am having the same problem. I disabled plugins via PhpMyAdmin. Didn’t work. Went into Files and deleted all plugins completely, but still can’t load admin panel. I get the same list of links OP showed, and they do not take me anywhere when I click on them.

I just upgraded and am having the same problem. Using Firefox.

Do you have WordPress Jetpack enabled by any chance? I just disabled all my plugins and reactivated them one by one and the culprit for my site was Jetpack.

I am having the same issue tonight. Comments were working fine yesterday.
I just upgraded, and a lot of my admin panel is missing. Can only see it if I highlight the text. Maybe the issues are related.

Resolved. Apparently when I logged out and logged back in, the “remember me” function logged me in as the original admin again.

Okay, I followed the directions you gave as well as the directions in the manual, and now I get a blank screen.

If I download the wp-content file from my server to my hard drive, then uninstall WP and reinstall it, then upload my wp-content file, will that save all my articles and media?

Thank you, WPYogi! That appears to have resolved the issue. I will have to adjust the size if she wants it in the sidebar, but that’s easy enough.

Sorry, that was a typo on my part. https://homebusinessmatchmakers.com. My “m” key is going out.

It is working now, however. Apparently it was a database error, and it was repaired by the fine folks at Hostgator. Thanks!
