2FA with Meta is not uniformly implemented and yes there is always a secondary verification step, but I am assuming that you mean Meta Business Suite, then yes there is a traditional 2FA enabled for that account.

    Thank you for your reply.

    1. I deactivated Cloudflare – both set “Development mode” and enabled “DNS Only”
    2. I Deactivated WP Supercache
    3. I logged in to both my site and facebook in a private browser session

No change. Still get 400 error. Please note that this is not normal behaviour with or without Cloudflare, caching or cookies. It looks like something is not quite right in your communication between Facebook and WordPress while using our credentials.

I saw the other support message:

    1. There are no logs that feature ‘facebook’ or ‘error’ in their name thus nothing is logged locally. It is a remote issue. Neved mind, I manually enabled logging and this is what it shows:

It is all ‘200’ from my end.
    2. ‘System status’ shows all green.

To help visibility with this issue (forum rules are all nice and well, but Google does not care) I will also add that I have the exact same problem. Yes I will create a new topic.

This also affects Idealo, but no amount of “Clear cache” and reloading will make the custom Idealo category mapping show up as a selectable “Attribute”.

Thank you, I was contacted by your support, but as before it was off topic and ineffectual. I am not trying to get support because I am bored and lonely so I feel the need to chat with someone, I am trying to get two specific issues addressed. Please try to explain this to your support before they contact me again:

Ticket: 15631 Product Visibility by Country does not work
Ticket: 15297 Prices and Currencies by Country module does not work concurrently with Multicurrency Switcher.

    (@vmajor)

Here is the support ticket. There is no point in sending support queries through your support system. It achieves nothing and most messages are not read.

15631 Product Visibility by Country does not work. When enabled, and while the site remains alive, products are not filtered by IP on the front end. Quickly however the website is brought to its knees by the endless mysql queries that your plugin generates and dos’s itself to death.

15297 Prices and Currencies by Country module does not work concurrently with Multicurrency Switcher. Never worked since I bought the plugin. When both Prices and Currencies by Country and Multicurrency switcher are enabled, the currency symbol never changes, or the currency values never change, or neither happens. Using just one module is inadequate as the manual currency switcher in Prices and Currencies by Country is done by a dropdown list of countries, not currencies… that is not even remotely manageable or user friendly and it is thus pointless.

Thanks Ian. Unfortunately I am at the age where “my experience is even longer than yours” no longer has the appeal that it had in the past ??

    V.

This was helpful. I also never had access to, nor had I ever seen the Dashboard page for ZeroSpam.

BotScout is still active in the latest version. The option to enable/disable BotScout is missing, but the BotScout and the API are still active since I keep receiving that I exceeded the free aqllowance.

Is there a way to actually remove BotScout from our site?

    Good morning, no improvement.

    Things I tried:

whitelist your api IP 136.144.173.237 in application leve security plugin
    disable application level security plugin
    whitelist 136.144.173.237 on Cloudflare firewall
443 is not being blocked on the network firewall

I am out of ideas. We do not have any other issues on our site with other plugins, so this error is specific to your implementation and thus I have no prior data on how to resolve this.

    Thread Starter vmajor

    (@vmajor)

OK. We are of course not blocking that port, but still no joy. Our traffic is routed through Cloudflare, do you think it is possible that the api communication is being blocked by the Cloudflare security settings?

    Thread Starter vmajor

    (@vmajor)

Can you tell me if you are using a port that is not 80/443 to communicate with our server?

There is no application level security that is running that should be blocking your api or its IP.

    Hi Andrew,

Thank you for the quick and detailed reply. WooCommerce does allow setting of alt text, and the images are all indexable regardless of which module calls them. Thus perhaps it would be good if your plugin could somehow parse wp-uploads/content for all images.

Regarding your suggestion about WooCommerce image alt text handling, I am not sure what you mean. WooCommerce does not have image handling ability as far as I can tell, but uses the system to handle all media. Thus as far as I could see all of our images have some form of manually entered alt text.

The USD 199 for that alternative plugin is rather steep, possibly aimed at some huge media library environments.
