Hello, Thanks for responding. Actually, I am working on my localhost right now. Its just a Windows 7 PC. So, a file permission issue seems unlikely … UNLESS … (and I just thought of this this morning) I was viewing one of the css files that you write to in an external editor at the time I tried to save the settings from the Admin Dashboard.

I was poking around looking at your files to see how you set everything up. And, since I was able to get one my custom css codes to work once or twice, I am wondering if that is what was happening.

So, I will do a little more investigating and let you know later today if I resolved the problem.

I have a question for you. Is there any way to make the widgets in the showcase header be placed horizontally across the showcase header? I am trying to put a slider and an image slide show in it. And provided they both “fit”, I’d like them to be placed next to each other rather than on on top of the other.

I am having the same problem. I cannot get any posts with a custom post type to appear in my page. Have you found a solution yet?

Whoops! I answered my own questions! I just found a couple of plugins to try out. “wp-user-frontend” and “mingle-forum”.

Hi Bob, thanks for the reply. Unfortunately, I tried that (about a million times), and nothing pops up.

I’m running WordPress version 3.6, Windows 7 Ultimate, IE version 10.0.9, and I am using the Encounters Lite theme. There doesn’t seem to be any way to get the Add Event pop up to appear.
