I solve my problem myself.
First, I solve the problem with charging the plugin “WordPress Reset”, after this I lost all my customizations, but I was able to add a “featured image” again in my post.
But after new customizations and then this problem reappears again I finally found what I did wrong.
In Settings/Generals, when I wanted to make my domain appears (Vogavecmoi-quebec.com), I filled it only in the field “Site Address (URL)”.
My problem disappears when I filled the field “WordPress Address (URL)” as well.
