Ideally I would like:

English Fiction
– Hardcover
– Softcover

English Non-Fiction
– Hardcover
– Softcover

French Fiction
– Hardcover
– Softcover

…etc. The other ways look unorganized and are confusing for the viewers.

Then the name becomes too long and is hidden by the sidebar. Then I have to deal with sidebar issue… Not to mention going through hundreds of records manually to handle this new work around. Sheesh.

It looks like the loader can’t decide which sub-category to assign the product to if there are more than one sub-category with the same name (doesn’t matter that it has a parent category)… this is a huge problem! I list books in different languages and their sub-categories are Fiction and Non-Fiction for each language. So, there will potentially be 10 or more of each.

I don’t know what they use…

I deleted all the products and imported them again. There are new issues. A lot of products are not attached to a sub-category when they are imported. (I exported, deleted, imported – I don’t know why the data wouldn’t come back the same.)

When my child theme is active for iAMsocial is when the issue occurs. I have no extra css in there, so I’m not entirely sure what the issue is.

Thank you for the quick response. I suppose I’ll have to look a bit further but at least I can get it to work by changing the theme.

I found the issue, it is my theme… of course it is! Any idea how to fix it? I’m using iAMsocial.

I deleted the plugin and reinstalled it to no avail. Issue persists.

I also have the premium version of the plugin, by the way. I deactivated all my plugins, but the confirmation box is still grayed out. I’ve also tried this plugin (free version) on my multisite and the free version works fine.

I have the same issues but noticed that I don’t need to even go that far to see it is broken.

I filled in UN & PW and then just hit ‘enter’ on the keyboard. Logged in without being stopped.

The plugin is supposed to remove the ‘log in’ button until “I am not a robot” is checked, but by hitting return, it bypassed this part.

(Just saw that the above post is 9 months ago! Has this been broken that long?)

I have a multisite and am experiencing the same problem (one for Danish, one for English) but since it was installed on the Danish version, I can’t get the English UAM to appear. It only appears in Danish even when I install WordPress Language (which usually gets around this issue).

I’m using Danish. This is odd… it all of a sudden went away! So, it is fixed I guess..

The plugin is working on all my sites just fine.

Does anyone have the plugin zip file? I need it for clients and I can no longer download it.
