I’m using it on 4.0. At first it didn’t work on 3.9 but now it is. If you used spaces between file types allowed remove them and try it again. I can’t remember if my error was exactly like yours, but this fixed it for me. If you have jpg, doc, docx make it jpg,doc,docx

I am having the same issue. I have logged out of WP, cleared browser (chrome) of all history/cache/cookies, etc. closed and reopened browser multiple times and still no code on page source view.

Oops, my bad. After logged out, I would log back in after clearing everything. Once I viewed after staying logged out I saw it. Thank you!

Found problem. For AT&T Wireless the URL was incorrect, fixed it [changed to txt.att.net; same as AT&T Mobility(Cingular)] and it works now ??
