I have /%category%/%postname%.html base. But in wordpress seo i check “Remove category from URL”. I can’t uncheck this. Dont’t worry, i use 0.8.5 of your plugin and it works like a charm.

Links generated correctly, example if i use plugin in category https://site.ru/games, it generate https://site.ru/games/tag/3dgames with 404 error. Maybe conflict with WordPress SEO yoast plugin?

With latest version don’t work permalinks(((
I don’t know why. What you mean about flush rules, go to the settings->permalink and click save setting? Or there is other way?

I found a solution. I put query_posts($query_string); after the_widget(); an it solved my problem.

Maybe different plugin conflict with usernoise?
