You don’t need premium version to enable the reappear option, however, the free version restricts you to customise the days after which the popup should reappear and defaults to 1 day.

All theme related related settings, including the edit text sections are moved to ‘Theme’ tab, you’ll have to click edit button against your selected theme, so that the edit options will appear below.
And to edit the fields, you’ll have edit button against your fields, which will open up a configuration box for that field, where you can assign icon or edit the label.

Since the Reappear option is selected, the lightbox will appear to a user only once in 24 hours. You may set that function later after all settings are done.

And about the plugin update, its due to some technical issues regarding the wordpress servers. It ‘ll be alright in a while.

It should mostly due to the default timer setting in ChimpMate. Leave the ‘Appear after’ field empty(defaults to 0).

It might be due to the CSS from your theme. You’ll need to give some extra CSS codes to make that work.
