ChimpMate only sends contact data to MailChimp account. Occasionally there is a lag in sending the notification email, from its server. If it doesn’t send it at all. Please contact MailChimp support.

It is because your form selected is empty. Click edit button against your form in the Custom Form section under the General tab. Add your fields, and Click OK. Click Update Options button to save your options.

Please delete your fields and add them again in the edit forms section.

It must be mostly caused by your wordpress theme which might be interfering with the plugins CSS code. You’ll need to provide the CSS codes separately in that case.

The plugin is compatible upto latest wordpress version 4.7.2

I’m sorry again, this new WP forum system layout is now like messed up. Normally threads are arranged in order with new replies first and now I’ve no idea in what order they do it. And so your reply didn’t bring up the thread, and I didn’t notice it either.

Sorry for any inconvenience.
We don’t support multiple lists.

Though you can create groups instead within a list, which will create the same effect, as the users will have the option to check-in themselves to required category.
