There is an option, Reappear after, in the behaviour section under Lightbox tab. Enabling it will help you to show your lightbox to your visitors once in 24hours.

Hi,

You’ll have an edit button against your ‘Form 1’, hit that and you’ll get options to add your fields. Then hit OK and save your settings.

In ChimpMate Pro, you can add more forms and apply to your desired pages.

Hi,

ChimpMate Pro saves a new subscriber in the cookie on successful subscription using ChimpMate forms. This cookie ‘ll allow the plugin not to show popup to subscribed visitors. It do not check the MailChimp list, as it will lead to time delay in showing the popup and increased server bandwidth usage.

here you need to give the code to hide those elements.
