The error log is jammed with similar errors. They seem to appear on almost all page loads.

Actually, just moving around the site seems to generate httpd errors in the logs. Site is WP 3.5.1 with latest BP, BP-media and this plugin.

Thanks very much for sharing. I moved on to Snippets instead of this since the author is not maintaining it.

I can’t find any information on the IO error, it’s too general. I’ve searched high and low and have read countless posts which lead to nothing.

This will take a while to figure out as it’s not even generating any errors or error logs.

The common error seems to be I/O error.

There must be a default setting I’ve not seen before since we’ve never messed with video yet. It’s set to only 1mb and I have everything else including php set to 1gb. I need to find that limit so I can reset it then test this.

Yes, all extensions are checked. Right now, I need to figure out where the 1mb limit is in Media so I can test this.

Ok, so you mean test this using the Media uploaded when I upload media into a blog post for example. I’ll test that.

Roles
I did check all Roles to enabled with guest uploads off and no one can upload.

As to BP, yes, I know it’s not integrated but wondered if I could do this in some way until then.
