Finally I used this code to CSS and date, author and category are not displayed anymore!!!

.widget_featured_slider {} .slide-content .below-entry-meta .posted-on {display:none;}

.widget_featured_slider .slide-content .above-entry-meta .cat-links a {display:none;}

Yes this is what I want. To exclude a certain category from the display.
