I disabled fastest cache plugin. Then I tried to update a role from level 9 to 7. I hit the update button. It processed the request and said “Shop manager role updated successfully.” however, when I check the level it is still at 9.
Why would your plugin assume that the level updated when it didn’t? I would think there would be some type of verification step.
Ok, well, there is always a first. Just seems like a problem that would have happened before. I will investigate.
So this is the first time you have ever heard this happening? There is nothing that you can offer as a possible TYPE of conflicting plug-in. For instace:
WP Fastest Cache
WP Cerber Security, Anti-spam & Malware Scan

In reply to: [PW WooCommerce Gift Cards] Gift Card payment errorWe are experiencing a similar problem. In addition, we are wondering if somehow our payment processor (PayPal) has issues with Gift cards. It certainly isn’t all the time. But often enough to make us wonder if there is a trend there.

In reply to: CPU vs Memory UsageI appreciate your input. I did post on Serverfault as well but this post is relevant to WordPress. I think there were updates to either WordPress or Woocommerce that modified the RAM and CPU usage. Does this not seem possible? Also, how would you adjust the PHP-FPM parameters?

In reply to: CPU vs Memory UsageIn both cases I was using WP Fastest Cache to its fullest extent including image optimization. However, I have not enabled nginx cache as it seems it isn’t good for my application. https://docs.plesk.com/en-US/obsidian/administrator-guide/web-servers/apache-and-nginx-web-servers-linux/enabling-nginx-caching.79185/
has this been resolved?

In reply to: [WP Cerber Security, Anti-spam & Malware Scan] Prohibited Login ListThank you!! Just a thought: include links to those admin menu options in the Dashboard. Maybe upper right hand side.
I still don’t see where to enter these usernames.
Still a little confused on how to use your plugin. Is this for the backend? Or does it monitor queries from customers? How do I monitor queries while performing a “sign-in”, “add to cart” and then a “check out”.
Thank you for the reply. I don’t know about read-only heavy load. The only heavy load we get is when we release our product and 1,000 visitors all try to add to cart and checkout.
I’m trying to digest this article https://geekflare.com/php-fpm-optimization/ to optimize the php-fpm. One would think the server I have would handle 1,000 customers. But my guess is Woocommerce/wordpress is the primary problem. I think my other site that I have on a smaller server using opencart 1.5.6.4 would handle this no problem.

In reply to: [Countdown, Coming Soon, Maintenance - Countdown & Clock] Add InventoryUpon the countdown completion, the plugin would change a product’s inventory status. For me, it would be useful to have the checkbox of “manage stock?” go from unchecked to checked and then add some number to “Stock Quantity” such as 250. This way, the counter can countdown, and stock will be added to an item for customers to purchase.

In reply to: [Affiliates Manager] Not able to log into affiliate homeI use WP Fastest Cache and in Options – > Exclude I added a rule to exclude “learn/affiliate-home” and it appears to have worked.

In reply to: [Affiliates Manager] Not able to log into affiliate homeWhen I clear cache in the admin and then I do a refresh on my affiliate page it will load up my affiliate account. However, when I logout and try to log back in, the same problem will occur. Only until I clear cache again will it load my affiliate page upon refresh.
