Mine has always been like this, or at least for a long time. I also have to type the date in rather than using the date picker. Doesn’t take too long, have got used to it.

I had a few issues with getting the upgrade completed successfully, then when I did lost all my historic rating forms unfortunately. Haven’t figured out how to get them back. As everything is downloaded, have called it a compulsory cleanout which was probably overdue!

Update – have updated EW and WordPress and all is now good. Leaving it here though in case anyone else has the same issue ??

No you don’t need the password, if you’re an admin you can change to any user you want, just look up their name.

User Switching is the one I’m using at present.

Hi I use a user switching plugin, change to the user and upload their images for them. I think that’s probably the easiest way but no doubt Josie will have a good answer for you.

Via the update option. This time I copied it into the directory with a new name so I could just restore it, it still disappeared so it would seem the whole folder gets overwritten each time.

Does anyone know though, why it goes missing each update? I thought it was meant to stay there once you did the rename but I have to recopy the php file each time.

Hi You can set a maximum number for each type but not the order – so they could put them in any order but no more than 2 of each. That should work, unless you need them in that order for a particular reason which you’d probably have to create separate forms to do.

I also have a page set so that members can see what they have entered in previous clinics and the results of it score

Dan can you share how you include the results in their previous entries? I have the images showing but haven’t really mastered showing the score?

It is a quick one. You have to put the date in manually rather than using the calendar, and you need to follow the format that it tells you on the right hand side i.e. 2019-xx-xx. Generally I have to use the calendar first to get it to put something in, that I can then edit as above. Hope that helps.

Hi thanks for your suggestion, tried that no difference. The site is slow, I’m trying to speed it up so disabling as many plugins as possible, tried with optimizers on and off, nothing seems to be helping much. Have reduced the size of the images to 800×600, but there aren’t heaps of images in there. Any ideas gratefully received!

As an aside cdvideo what gallery slider have you used for your front page? It’s lovely.
