Currently, as you have only 10 records displayed per page, so only 10 records will be deleted.

In order to delete more records than 10, you will need to list more records per page, to display more than 10 records per page you will need to change the settings from the ‘Display Settings’ popup. Here you will find the ‘Show record’ text box, kindly change the value as per your requirement.

We do not have the provision to search the records and apply the pagination to the data displayed. We have planned to provide the functionality in the front and will be available in our next updates.

Yes, you can add the hidden fields to the contact form 7 form and those fields that are hidden, will be stored and displayed in the backoffice too. Yes, can also have the field values in the export sheet.

If in case, the hidden fields are not visible in the back office Advanced cf7 DB page, then check the display settings field with in the page. By clicking on it all the fields will be displayed in popup and you will have the provision to mark the fields visible or not in the back office.

You can change the default 10 records displayed by clicking on the ‘Display Settings’ button above the search filter in the Advanced CF7 DB page. There on very top you will have a field in gery ‘Show record’, change it according to your requirement, but take a not, that do not exceed more than 100, else it might make the page load hazy.

According to your requirement, you are trying to display the user records itself to them and the other users data that have low capabilities that the user that is currently viewing.

This type of hierarchy and displaying the records cannot be managed by the short code. For this you will need to store the userId, user role, etc and based on it you will need to customize the front fetching data. To achieve this you will need to hire a developer, but as per our concern, you better provide provision to display the records in the back office as per user roles.

We have the commercial plugin (Advanced CF7 DB – User Access Manager) that can help you half a way, but in that too customization is still needed.

For the search field we will suggest you to check the values, if it is the same as _ NJ _ (underscore space NJ space underscore), then we suggest you to change the field values to _NJ_ (underscore NJ underscore), so that you can get your desired result. For the search, it will check in the whole Advanced CF7 DB, so it will be hard to get your desired result set with your current implementation for the sate codes.

For the Russian letters, we will need to check, actually it is the issue with the translation of the words when created in the Russian language. Can you provide us the sample excel sheet, so that we can check and let you know.

For the phone number displayed as +3093 when saving to Excel, for this when you will double click on the record, you can see the exact number in it. This is the default behavior of the excel.

For your query, we do not have such provision to add the data-id in the exported sheet.
