    I totally agree with you. For most of our clients anything besides “MS Office” is too-hard-to-explain. Therefore they liked classic editor, because it worked almost like MS Word. I gues, that only a minority of WordPress users want to tailor each post in terms of DTP. For the vast majority it works fine like classic word editor and creators of WordPress should totally count with such situation.

    hibberd9: I know. But what I really can′t understand – why did they make Gutenberg default editor in WordPress, when it is still in “beta” and very unpopular among users. Some numbers: Gutenberg >200,000 installations and 2 stars vs. Classic Editor plug-in >2,000,000 installations and 5 stars.

    This looks weird.

    Orlando, I am sorry, but your advice is in language of computer programmer. What seems easier to you, is something unbelievably unintuitive to common user… In other words, if this is “innovation” of UX, then it is just a huge fail.
