I am having similar problems. The stats page shows the following: “Generated 2011-03-19 03:23:02 UTC+3 “
For the record, I am located in UTC-4 (EDT). The server is PDT (UTC-7).
It appears that the clock that WP stats is using is UTC +3. Any ideas?
Updated to WP 3.1 a few days ago.
