I don’t really understand your question.
But to interpret it:
You as the store owner don’t have to visit your site to receive WhatsApp order because if your customer clicks the WhatsApp button, you will get notified through WhatsApp about the order.
If you’re using a WhatsApp Business account, you can specify a welcome message. But the plugin cannot help you with specifying the welcome message because it’s a whole different thing.Thanks.

Yes, since v1.0.1, all of the variations can be pulled.
Based on my repeated testing, if the variations stored in WooCommerce order, the plugin can pull the data.

Since version 1.0.1, the plugin can include product variation in the message sent from Cart or Order Received page (only works with data stored by WooCommerce, might not all).

I have added two options on the product editor page where you can hide and force show the Add to Cart button on that specific product.
Please update the plugin to the latest version and configure it on a product editor page.
