Thanks for that. So, how do I change the favicon for the Adobe Acrobat site?

I’m using the free version at the moment. As far as I’m aware, nothing is stripping out the formatting – we’re using GoogleApps for our emails.

Some formatting (eg, bold) is being kept, but as I said, much of the other formatting is being lost.

I tried the HTML field. No luck.
The formatting is all gone again.
