Do you have any update on this? I sent you the .htaccess file as requested and set up an admin account for you also – were you able to gain access to investigate further?

Also, were you able to gain any insight from the diagnostics report?

Thank you for your reply.

With regards to the database comments, my host had this to add: “Regarding the database privileges, the default user that is created when new database is created will have all these permissions. The diagnostic screen states “Checking if MySQL user […]”, however, it does not specify what user. If it uses the same user as the database installation then all these should be successful” – I hope this is helpful?

I have checked the diagnostics and there is a red X and ‘Fail’ alongside each of the areas below in the section labeled ‘MySQL Database version and privileges’:

Checking if MySQL user has DELETE privilege FAIL
Checking if MySQL user has INSERT privilege FAIL
Checking if MySQL user has UPDATE privilege FAIL
Checking if MySQL user has SELECT privilege FAIL
Checking if MySQL user has CREATE TABLE privilege FAIL
Checking if MySQL user has ALTER TABLE privilege FAIL
Checking if MySQL user has DROP privilege FAIL
Checking if MySQL user has TRUNCATE privilege FAIL

I have also checked the Error Logs and there are many errors listed, which all have the same text “client denied by server configuration:”

I have also tried to run a scan as suggested using the link: https://www.yourdomain.com/wp-admin/admin-ajax.php?action=wordfence_doScan&isFork=1&scanMode=custom&cronKey=394e475b3158a4cbde6cc679yued4b25 – however, the scan failed. I also tried to run a scan via the WordPress dashboard and got the following error: “Scan Failed The scan has failed to start. This is often because the site either cannot make outbound requests or is blocked from connecting to itself. Scan Engine Error: The signature on the request to start a scan is invalid. Please try again.”

You mentioned I should ensure that “that Ezoic whitelisted your website’s IP address so that requests were able to go straight through.” and also that it would “be wise to whitelist our IP address range too: https://www.wordfence.com/help/advanced/#servers-and-ip-range” – How do I do this?

Thank you for the advice regarding the cronjobs and installing the wp-control plugin. I will try that too.

I have rechecked the URLs in Google Console but I am receiving the following error:

Cannot continue validation process
Affected pages were found. Fix the issue and run validation again


I am using the Divi theme from Elegant Themes and have followed the instructions here: https://www.elegantthemes.com/blog/tips-tricks/how-to-add-breadcrumbs-to-your-wordpress-website However, I will contact them again and hopefully, they will find a solution.

With regards to the warning, yes, I am using the most up-to-date version of Yoast. Do you know what could be causing this issue and how I can resolve it?

I am glad to hear that the issue was resolved in 14.1. However, I am still unsure as to why I am having these issues on my site?

I have followed the guide/instructions here: https://yoast.com/help/implement-wordpress-seo-breadcrumbs/ and https://www.elegantthemes.com/blog/tips-tricks/how-to-add-breadcrumbs-to-your-wordpress-website (as UI am using the Divi theme).

After adding the code below to the end of the header.php file in my Child Theme, there are still no breadcrumbs displaying on my website. And, I am also still seeing the same issue regarding breadcrumbs on Google Console.

If you have any other suggestions as to how I can:
a) resolve this issue with Google Console
b) display breadcrumbs on my site correctly
that would be great.

Did you receive the error in your email? Yes
If you disable Yoast SEO plugin, do you still receives the email?
If you re-enable Yoast SEO plugin, do you immediately receive the email?
No, I have received the email just once. When I disable/enable Yoast, I do not get another email but the issue is still the same.
Are you running the latest version of Yoast SEO? Yes
Do you see any errors in the dashboard or front end part of your site which is related to this? No – I do not see any errors on the dashboard. However, when I follow the link from the email, I get a blank page with just a ‘0’ in the top left-hand corner and a blank page other than that.

Can you please let me know how I can fix this issue?
